Sadie travels from Ohio for her TECA!
I am always humbled when a client from out-of-State travels hours and hours for me to do surgery on their pet.
This was the case of Sadie, a 10-year-old Cocker spaniel with ongoing ear infections (chronic otitis) that required a TECA (Total Ear Canal Ablation). Her owner WO travels something like 8 hours to PA for the surgery. After surgery, she wrote some rather embarrassing things such as:
“This surgeon saved my cockers life after another clinic told me they couldn’t help her because of her constant ear infections. They recommended I make her comfortable or have her put down. Uhhhh...NO!! He did a TECA (total ear canal ablation) and she is amazing at 10 yrs old with another 10 yrs to go!! Awesomeness from him and his clinic!! Would highly recommend him to anyone!!”
And after 2 months:
“I am very happy with the results. I am very glad I did what I had to with her, just wish I had done it sooner and she didn’t have to suffer for so long. I would recommend anyone to you and the vet clinic!! Well worth my time.”
