Queenie's Story of Multiple Fractures
Queenie, a 9 year old Italian Greyhound, escaped from home and got hit by a car. She had a fracture of the forearm (radius and ulna) and of her back foot (metatarsals). The arm was repaired with a plate and screws; her foot was repaired with a “SPIDER” external fixator. After 2 months of healing and TLC, her owner CW writes:
“Thanks just doesn’t say enough for what you’ve done to return Queenie to us. Your kindness, your expertise and your smiles helped us through a difficult time. Thank you.”
